Why should I choose this subject? • I am interested in the study of people, places and how they interact. • I am interested in the world around me. • I like studying about important issues. • I like to study outside the classroom in the real world. Geography can lead to a wide range of other degrees and is directly relevant to virtually every career. Geographers can work in anything from town planning to oil exploration.
Preferably we would like you to get a 6 or better in Geography in addition to the 5 GCSE’s at 5 or BTECs at merit you will need to continue in 6th Form.
3 exam papers at the end of year 13 plus a fieldwork investigation.
