Year 1 Studies focus on: foundations in chemistry, the periodic table and energy, core organic chemistry and practical skills in chemistry. A minimum of five GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including English Language, grade 5 or above in Maths and grade 5 or above in GCSE Chemistry, with a further GCSE science subject at grade 5 or above or at least 5:5 in GCSE Combined Science.
100% Exam - There are three final exams as well as the practical endorsement in Chemistry.
