Course summary
In this course you can expect to focus on the important role of religion in our society and how it can influence what people think, feel, and believe. Through studying Religion, Philosophy and Ethics, you get a broad look at how religion and spirituality form the basis of our culture. Religion, Philosophy, and Ethics encourage you to reflect on and develop your own values, opinions, and attitudes in the light of your learning. Religion, Philosophy, and Ethics build many skills such as analytical and strategic thinking, research skills, development of conceptual ideas, an ability to understand the impact of conflicting ideologies, and the development of an appreciation of human diversity, belief systems, cultural and spiritual experiences.
