Health Studies

Course summary

During the course you will study a range of health and care related subjects including Health and Care Services, Human Lifespan and Development and Individual Needs in Health and Social Care. You will also undertake a compulsory work experience within a range of care environments. Successful completion of this nationally recognised course may lead directly to employment in the caring services e.g. day care, residential or community work. Alternatively, you may consider progressing onto a relevant Level 3 Extended Diploma.
