Geography is a dynamic subject with a global perspective. It also investigates the way that people adapt and respond to the challenges faced in the world today and evaluates management strategies associated with such challenges. You will study a range of contemporary and modern examples, making the subject as relevant as possible to the world we live in today, drawn from the key global issues of our time, including the geography of population dynamics, climate change and resource consumption issues.
Grade 6 or above in Higher Level choices, and at least five GCSEs at Grade 4 or above including English Language or Literature and/or Mathematics at Grade 5. Most IB students will have achieved good GCSE grades in a large number of subjects.
