MidKent College is a CISCO Networking Academy Partner, which at the Medway Campus allows us to deliver a range of accredited courses including IT Essentials, Discovery 1 and Discovery 2. These will prepare you to take certifications such as CCENT and CompTIA A+, both of which are widely recognised as an indication of suitability for employment or higher education. At the Maidstone Campus we have developed a course that emphasises both technical skills (supported by our new practical lab) and creative skills based on graphical, web and programming units. > Most of your work will be computer-based but there will be a mixture of theory and practical sessions > You will be continuously assessed throughout the course, with your final grade dependent on the total number of points accrued for the individual units > This is a study programme which includes English, maths and work experience in addition to your main programme.
