This one-year T Level Foundation programme is designed to deliver the underlying principles and practical skills required to participate in the T Level Building Services Engineering (Plumbing), as well as getting an overview of the principles of plumbing, building technology and terminology used. You will study the following mandatory content: • Hot Water • Cold Water • Sanitation and Drainage • Central Heating • Health and Safety and Industry Practices • Plumbing Processes • Electrical and Scientific Principles
Five GCSE passes at grade 3 or above, to include Maths (4+) and English, or equivalent vocational qualification at merit grade, and Functional Skills Maths and English. Good hand-eye coordination is desirable but not essential.
You must successfully achieve the following assessments: • One externally set, externally moderated assignment. • One externally set, externally marked exam, sat under examination conditions.
