Fine Art allows you to explore the world around you and respond to it in your own unique way. You will work with a range of media and techniques before focusing on your chosen specialist area. You will research and analyse the work of professional artists, craftspeople and designers and in doing so, improve your own knowledge, skills and understanding. Your ‘Personal Investigation’ will showcase your portfolio of work and a written ‘Related Study’ will support your art work.
5 grade 4s across all GCSE subjects which must include a grade 4 in either GCSE English or Mathematics. Grade 6 in GCSE Art and Design.
