A Level physics is taught by one teacher for all 8 lesson a fortnight. The topics are ordered so that student knowledge is built over time, and follow the order of topics from the AQA specification. All of the topics build upon the knowledge base students will have from GCSE physics lessons and require a good understanding of maths as well. The last topic in year 13 is an optional unit that is decided upon as a class in agreement with the teacher.
Six GCSEs at grade 4 or above including English and Maths.
