History provides a dual opportunity for academic and personal development. Historians will gain an independence of mind and will become critical thinkers who show how to present own opinions. You will also be able to reach and present arguments about the past. History is viewed as a sound academic subject – you will develop the research and investigative skills that universities are looking for.
