Course summary

Students interested in the Level 3 Advanced Technical Certificate, Diploma and Extended Diplomas in Constructing the Built Environment will study theoretical aspects of the subject and apply them to practical tasks. Compulsory topics include: •domestic construction technology •industrial and commercial construction technology • health and safety in the built environment. Students will also be able to choose additional optional topics, including: • site surveying • graphical communication • building surveying • sustainability and new technologies.
