The Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Diploma in Applied Science is intended as an Applied General qualification for post-16 learners who want to continue their education through applied learning. The qualification is wide-ranging and equivalent in size to two A Levels. This qualification provides the knowledge, understanding and skills that underpin study of the applied science sector, and gives learners the opportunity to focus on different aspects of applied science.
