This programme is designed for individuals that are looking to pursue a career in one of the many aspects of engineering. Careers can include: - Machinist - Maintenance Technician - Technical Support - Mechatronics Engineer The locality has a number of large manufacturing plants as well as SME. These all require fitters, maintenance and service engineers. Trelleborg, Wrights Engineering, Lindrick Construction (Engineering Division), TR Fabrication, Green Core Maintenance Department, Canning Conveyers, SPX Engineering, DTH Engineering. You will be required to wear appropriate PPE to each session (Protective footwear, boiler suit) where required.
5 GCSE’s at 4 or above in English, Maths and Science An interest in a career in Engineering is a must.
