Entry requirements

Students must have attained a minimum of five GCSE grades 9-5 including English Language or Mathematics at grade 5. Grade 6 in Spanish.

How you'll be assessed

Paper 1: Reading, listening & writing (2 hours 30 minutes) worth 50% of the final A Level grade. Paper 2: Writing (2 hours) worth 20% of the final A Level grade. Students are required to answer an essay question on both the chosen book and foreign film in the target language. Paper 3: Speaking (21-23 minutes) worth 30% of the final A Level grade.
