What might this course lead on to? • Careers and courses available include Nursing, Midwifery, Teaching, Early Years, Social Work, Occupational therapy and much more. • Students who achieve awards in Health and Social Care also develop many transferable key skills that employers and academic institutions look for.
• A grade 4 or above in English Language and Literature, Mathematics and Science is also required. • Note: If you are considering a career in Nursing, Midwifery, Physiotherapy, Radiography or Occupational Therapy, a 5 or above in Science, English and Mathematics at GCSE is needed for entry to these courses at university.
