Religious Studies

Course summary

In year 12, our Philosophy units survey ancient Greek Philosophy; arguments for and against the existence of God; the problem of evil, and challenges to religious belief. The Ethics module looks at contemporary moral issues such as euthanasia, war, medical research and business ethics and ethical theories including Utilitarianism and Natural Law that might help navigate these moral debates.
