An A Level in Geography helps you develop the ability to combine scientific principles and knowledge with economic awareness, environmental concern and an appreciation of people’s attitudes and values. This means A Level Geography can lead into a variety of further education options. Or alternatively a varied range of career paths.
If you have done GCSE Geography then you need to have achieved a grade 5 or above and also gained a level 5 in English and Mathematics. If you have not done Geography at GCSE then it is recommended that you have a grade 5 in English and an APS of 40 or above. However, it is possible to consider individual cases on their merits.
