This course is not about learning to use tools or just training in a programming language, it emphasizes abstract thinking, general problem-solving, algorithmic and mathematical reasoning, and scientific and engineering-based thinking and is a good foundation for understanding future challenges.
GCSE grades 9-4 in 5 subjects. Grade 6 Maths (Grade 5 will be considered on an individual basis) and either a Grade 5 in Computer Science or practical experience of computer programming.
