You will gain an understanding of the main issues involved in setting up, running, managing and growing businesses. You will develop the knowledge and skills needed to analyse data, think about critically assessing relevant issues and make informed decision - all relevant for further study and employment. You are encouraged to draw on your own work experiences/jobs to help you to understand the theory being covered in the classroom. We have strong links with local industry, and speakers from local business engage with student in a variety of ways. There are opportunities to gain relevant work experience and learn business skills such as staring up and running a business.
