Course summary
Unit 1 – is a breadth study on Tsarist and Communist Russia, 1855-1964. In this unit you will study the transition from autocratic society to communist dictatorship of Stalin and Khrushchev. Unit 2 – The Making of Modern Britain, an in-depth study of Britain after World War Two focusing on society, the economy and politics. Unit 3 – Historical Investigation (coursework). An independent piece of research written essay examining the causes and nature of rebellions under the Tudor Dynasty.
