a) Assessment as a performer in one chosen activity. Pupils will have to demonstrate a mastery of skills, physical attributes and decision-making which helps them to achieve effective performance. OR Assessment as a coach in one chosen activity. Pupils will have to demonstrate that they can plan, deliver and evaluate coaching sessions over a long period of time. b) Assessment through a spoken response. Pupils will have to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of an observed performance in relation to skills, tactics and fitness. In the oral response they will have to explain an action plan for improvement.
