Applied General courses are equivalent to A Levels but have a more vocational focus. We offer the Extended Certificate (equivalent to one A level) and Diploma (equivalent to two A levels). External assessment can take a variety of forms and is approximately 65% of the final marks. Internal assessment, making up the remaining marks is carried out during the course in the form of assignments.
