Entrance into Sixth Form is based upon achieving an average point score of 4 in your best five subjects. An upper grade 6 at GCSE Maths (this will be determined by grade boundaries on results day – to be classified as an upper grade 6 the boundary will be set as over half way between a grade 6 and 7).
Examined by three papers at the end of Year 13 Core paper 1: 2 hours and worth 33.33% Core paper 2: 2 hours and worth 33.33% Applied paper: 2 hours and worth 33.33%
