Two Grade 6 and four Grade 5 at GCSE Level, GCSE Grade 5 in Physical Education
In Year 12 students will complete an AS Level covering the following topics. This will be assessed in External Exams in June. – Anatomy and Physiology – Exercise Physiology – Biomechanics – Skill Acquisition – Sports Psychology – Sport and Society In Year 13 students will cover extra topics to complete their A Level. This will again be assessed in External Exams in June. For both years, students will be assessed in one practical activity and an Evaluating and Analysing Performance task.
