Course summary

From the laws of nature to the practical skills applied by Engineers, Scientists and others around the world everyday, A Level Physics is the most demanding and in demand of the sciences. CAREER PATHWAYS: Queensmead physicists have gone on to study all types of engineering, from civil to aeronautical, at the best universities in the country. Past students have also used their Physics A Level to help them apply for less obvious subjects, such as Math's and Computing, at Oxbridge and other elite destinations.

Entry requirements

Students must achieve 4 GCSE grades 9-6 and 7 GCSE grades 9-4 (Maths and English grade 5) Students must achieve GCSE grade 7 in Physics (Triple Science) or grade 77 in Combined Science. It is recommended that you also study Maths.
