CAREER PATHWAYS: Students who study A Level Business develop key skills that are applicable to all walks of life, but are especially useful for students looking to study business related courses at university or students who are seeking employment after Post 16 education.
Students must achieve 4 GCSE grades 9-6 and 7 GCSE grades 9-4 (Maths and English grade 5) Students must have achieved a GCSE grade 5 in Maths & English. It is desirable for students to have taken a GCSE in Business but not essential.
Paper 1: 35% of A Level grade 100 marks available. Paper 2: 35% of A Level grade 100 marks available. Paper 3: 30% of A Level grade 100 marks available.
