Students will design and carry out their own pieces of psychological research. The psychology studies include learning about the psychological explanations for the Holocaust, how memory works and understanding understand the problems psychologists face when having to diagnose disorders. The students will also consider the impact of isolation on upbringing and also why people obey authority figures.
This course is open to students who have achieved two grade 5s in GCSE Combined Science and a grade 5 in Maths and English Language or Literature or a grade 5 in Biology, Maths and English Language or Literature.
