Course summary

The study of humans, their development and supporting needs. It combines elements of sociology, biology, nutrition, law and ethics. Health Care professions include medical nursing homes, GP services and hospital activities, whilst Social Care professions are in areas such as residential care, nursing and social work.

Entry requirements

Grade 4, 4 in Combined Science. If studying separate sciences then students must have grade 4, 4 in at least two of the sciences.
