Course summary

The course builds on GCSE Mathematics with a focus on statistics, algebra, probability, estimation, advanced calculations, modeling, and financial mathematics. It is designed to develop students’ mathematical thinking and problem-solving skills. Students learn through using and applying mathematics to solve meaningful and ’real life’ problems, including situations in business, personal finance and local and global issues.
