For students who have an interest in science and chemistry in particular, and for students interested in developing skills such as problem-solving, data analysis, laboratory skills, and observation. Practical skills in chemistry, foundations in chemistry, the periodic table and energy, core organic chemistry, physical chemistry, and transition elements.
Students must have 5 GCSE Grades 5 and above (including Maths and English) with at least a grade of 5 or above in the most relevant subject. (As a general guide – a grade 6 is usually seen as an indicator of suitability for A-level study in a particular subject.) 6 GCSE in Chemistry & 6 in Math
Assessment will be by exam and practical assessment.
