Students come to this subject by lots of different pathways, and our students leave it having both enjoyed it and learned a great deal.
Achieve a minimum of five Grade 6s (B Grades) at GCSE with a minimum of Grade 5 in English Language and Mathematics. Grade 6 if already studying RS at GCSE No, but a grade 6 required in English
▪ Assessment in May/June 2026 will take the form of three separate 2-hour papers covering Components 1, 2 and 3 above. Each component is worth 30.3% of the total marks. ▪ For each component students will answer three essay questions marked out of 40. ▪ Examination questions will take the form of a wide range of essay style questions and marked as follows: A01 - Knowledge & Understanding [16 marks] and; A02 – Critical and analytical skills of evaluation [24 marks].
