Year 12 : In Year 12 you will cover aspects of human growth and development through the different life stages. This will serve as an introduction to health and social care needs You will be assessed externally through a 90 minute examination. Later in the same year, you will learn about a variety of sociological perspectives and how these impact on the delivery of health and social care. Year 13 : Year 13 will see you looking at the range of roles and general responsibilities of people who work in health and social care settings. Here you will learn about the organisations that provide services in this sector and the different settings in which these services are delivered according to the needs of the service user.
Minimum of five GCSEs at Grade 5 including English Language.
