You will develop high-level, employable, and transferable skills in Level Physics including applied mathematical skills, problem-solving, communication, analytical skills, organization, experimental skills, and scientific methodology. We also offer teaching by dedicated and experienced teachers who stop at nothing to ensure that you make progress, positive relationships between staff and students, and examination results that show that we are good at ‘adding value’ to students.
Achieve five grade 5s or above including English Language and Mathematics. Grade 7 in double award GCSE Science or grade 7 in GCSE Physics Grade 6 in GCSE Maths.
Students will be assessed at the end of the 2-year course over 3 exams covering content from both years (modules 1-6). Modeling Physics and Exploring Physics both carry 37% and are worth 100 marks; Unified Physics carries 26% and is worth 70 marks.
