Three grade 5s plus a grade 6 in Triple Physics or a grade 66 in Combined Science and a grade 6 in Maths.
There are three external exams sat in May/June at the end of year 13 and 12 core practicals internally assessed throughout the two years. The external exams are: • Paper 1: Topics 1-5 and 6.1 (Simple Harmonic Motion) (34%) • Paper 2: Topics 6.2 (Thermal Physics), 7 and 8 (34%) • Paper 3: Section A: Practical skills and data analysis & Section B: Topic 9 Astrophysics (32%)
