The study of Law at A Level enables students to develop their analytical and critical thinking and problem-solving skills through the application of legal rules, together with an understanding of legal method and reasoning. There will be teacher led sessions, class-based discussion, student-led presentations, problem based learning and individual research. You will need to undertake private study, read widely around the subject and complete regular homework tasks to stay on track. There will be opportunities to visit legal organisations, attend university guest lectures and to take part in careers events to explore law career pathways.
GSCE Grade inc Maths & Eng Lang grade 9-5; a Humanities subject 6 or above.
