As part of the BTEC sport course you will study a combination of more theoretical units such as Anatomy & Physiology and more practical units such as Sports Coaching and Leadership. You will also have the opportunity to study Sports Massage, which, together with the Sports Injuries unit, is fantastic for progression into careers such as Sports Therapy or rehab. Your assessments will vary from unit to unit; some will be externally assessed with an exam, but a lot of the course is coursework-based.
At least five grade 4s at GCSE, including at least a 4 in English Language or Maths.
