The results for Sixth form Acting courses have been consistently exceptional, with 100% of learners achieving Distinction grades for the past three years. We work in conjunction with Birmingham Hippodrome Creative, as well as several practitioners currently working within the industry including actors, directors, agents and film crews, meaning you get relevant and up to date advice on working within the industry. The course is practically focused and has flexible units that can be tailored to the needs and interests of each individual student. It is fast paced, exciting and full of opportunities.
Minimum level 5 in five separate subjects at GCSE including GCSE English and a 4 in GCSE Mathematics
Units 1 - 6 are internally assessed. Unit 7 is externally set and assessed. All units are assessed through a combination written coursework and practical assessments, such as live performances and video evidence.
