You'll practice your skills in our well equipped workshops, and be guided on your next steps by our industry experienced tutors. We'll also help you to improve your English and maths skills too - they're so important in the industry so you can communicate with others, and cost for materials and projects! Your industry placement will be key to learning more about the industry, as well as practicing the skills you've learnt in College in a real life setting.> This qualification is assessed through online exams and practical work > You will need to purchase College uniform which isavailable at a discounted price through our uniform partners. You will also need to purchase protective boots, a scientific calculator, 18th Edition On Site Guide, a notebook (to take notes) and basic stationery.
Four GCSEs at Grade 4 or above, including English and maths. GCSE Science at grade 4 would be advisable, but is not essential.
