They cover the following skills: • Erecting and dismantling access equipment and working platforms • Preparing surfaces for decoration • Applying paint systems by brush and roller to complex areas • Applying standard wallpapers and hangings foundation • Producing specialist finishes for decorative work • Applying and creating colour
Grades 3 and 4.
Candidates must produce a portfolio of theory and practical evidence to support the qualification outcome. Training will be carried out, once the candidate is ready for assessment, the units will be assessed under assessment conditions by the tutor to prove skills and knowledge in each topic.
