Across the two years, studying A Level Drama and Theatre Studies allows you to develop your drama skills and explore the works of fascinating practitioners such as Alecky Blythe, Artaud, Brecht and Frantic Assembly. You will study the set texts, Servant of Two Masters and Yerma, and have the opportunity to experience live and streamed theatre related to these. You will then devise an original piece of drama based on a stimulus. Finally, you explore three different texts and apply practitioner methods to one of them, which you then perform in front of an external examiner.
