The course is laid out to continue in the development of your skills from GCSE in Performance, Composition and Analysis. You will be expected to produce a recital performance of at least 8 minutes on one or more instruments of at least Grade 7 standard.
Media is an exciting and dynamic subject. It has become ever more important for you to be able to understand the messages that surround you in your media-saturated world and by studying this subject you will gain the tools to not only analyse and critically evaluate media texts, but to also create them.
