Course summary

If you love learning about how your body, plants and animals work, then study Biology. The course is both theoretical and practical, with experiments and dissections whilst also looking at bio-chemistry and bio-mechanics. As well as developing this essential knowledge and understanding you will also learn to appreciate how society makes decisions about scientific issues and how science contributes to the success of the economy and society.
