30% Composition, 1 free choice and one to a specific brief 30% Performance – A recital of no less than 9 minutes in length. Grade 8 standard would be preferable and pieces must show a contrast in genres. 40% Listening exam encompassing aural questions, essay based analysis on 18 set works.
