Mathematics is a stimulating and challenging course that provides key employability skills such as problem solving, logical reasoning, communication and resilience. Mathematics A Level builds on the knowledge and understanding of techniques and applications studied at GCSE with topics in Pure Maths, Statistics and Mechanics studied. Excellent preparation for a wide range of university courses and supporting the study of other A Levels, this is a qualification that is well respected by higher education and employers. A Level Mathematics is a very valued, but demanding course. Students must have the right attitude to succeed.
