Course summary

The specification comprises three units. Two units lead to an AS award, typically studied over one year, and three units, typically studied over two years, would lead to an A2 award (a full A Level). These qualifications are linear. This means that students will sit all the AS exams at the end of their AS course and all the A Level exams at the end of their A Level course. Entry requirements

- Each student’s grade profile will be considered individually . Psychology requires a good level of written English and Mathematical ability . - Five 9-4 grades or equivalent at GCSE in total.

How you'll be assessed

Each unit is equally weighted and will be externally examined. The overall grade AS grade is determined by combining two results and the A Level is determined by combining three results as above.
