The changes to A-level Maths qualifications represent the biggest in a generation. They’ve also given us the chance to design new qualifications, with even more opportunities for your students to realize their potential. Maths is one of the biggest facilitating subjects and it’s essential for many higher education courses and careers. We’ve worked closely with higher education to ensure these qualifications give your students the best possible chance to progress.
Students will be expected to have met St Paul’s entry requirements of 2 Grade 5’s and 4 Grade 4’s. A minimum of grade 4 in English and Maths is essential for all courses. A-Level Maths has an additional entry requirement of Mathematics GCSE at Grade 5 (from the Higher-Level Paper) or above.
