The Geography course covers a range of both human and physical Geography units. It focuses upon the Geographical issues that are shaping our world today and developing the research skills needed to understand and manage these issues successfully. It is expected that students choosing this course will attend a residential fieldtrip to complete the independent investigation section of the course.
- GCSE a grade 5 or better in Maths and English Language. If students have studied Geography they need to have achieved a grade 5 or better.
The course will be assessed at the end of the two years through three external examinations and one independent investigation.
