This is an exciting course taking an engaging, practical approach to learning and assessment. On this industry-relevant vocational course, you can specialize in aiding athletes’ recovery and rehabilitation from injury through sports massage and other treatments or you could focus more on the business side of sports in areas such as event management and marketing, and sports media. Whatever area of sport you are interested in, the course can provide a range of transferable skills and knowledge areas. You will also have the opportunity to take part in a work placement and complete several coaching qualifications. The course is ideal for you to move on to university or to enter the workplace because of the combination of a theoretical background that’s reinforced with practical learning and assessment. The course is available as either a one or two A-level equivalents.
5 GCSE grades at 4 or above including Maths or English. It is strongly recommended that you should have at least a grade 4 in GCSE English.
