Component 2: Algorithms and Problem-Solving Elements of computational thinking (thinking abstractly, thinking logically, thinking procedurally, thinking concurrently), problem-solving and programming, algorithms, programming techniques, and computational methods. Component 3: Programming Project A practical portfolio-based assessment with a task that is chosen by the teacher or learner and is produced in an appropriate programming language of the learner’s or teacher’s choice. The course allows progression to both higher education and employment.
