Psychology is the scientific study of behaviour and the mind. BTEC Psychology is a challenging but rewarding course that offers a unique educational experience to develop a wide-ranging set of key skills. During the course students will have the opportunity to carry out a pilot study to explore current issues in Psychology, learn about Psychological approaches and assumptions and explore the areas of health and criminal Psychology.
5 GCSEs at grade 4 and above.
One examination and one internally assessed unit at the end of Year 12 and one examination and one internally assessed unit at the end of Year 13.
